From the moment you enter the front door and gaze upon the incredible blue vista of the Exuma Bank you’ll know that you have found a true Bahamian paradise. Of course, Vista Blue is all about the water so you will be able to take full advantage with an incredible infinity edge heated pool, water toys, floats, kayaks, and snorkel gear. The outdoor entertainment area has everything you need with chaise lounges, a fire pit, a hammock, outdoor dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. When you're ready to hit the sand a private staircase brings you down to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

If you want to spend some time indoors you won’t give up the view with a huge great room featuring 2 seating areas, a dining table that seats 10, a 75” TV with oversize couch, a bar, a wine fridge, gaming table and of course a gourmet kitchen.

Once the day is over you can retire to one of 5 luxury master suites each with king size bed and large private ensuite bath. Three of the bedrooms feature incredible ocean views and one has additional bunk beds.

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!
