The house comes fully equipped with all essential amenities, including plush towels and state-of-the-art appliances, allowing you to settle in immediately and enjoy a hassle-free vacation. We also pride ourselves on having the best property manager on the island! She grew up on the island and knows Exuma like the back of her hand! She will be on call and has answers for any questions you may have leading up to as well as on your trip. Our property is also equipped with Starlink Wifi and has a back up generator to insure your trip will run as smooth as possible. This home is approximately 35-40 minutes from Georgetown (groceries), 45-50 minutes from Exuma International airport (GGT), and 25-30 minutes from the closest marina (Browns Marine).

Important things to know when planning a trip to Exuma:

• Renting a car is highly recommended. Almost all of our guests rent cars for the duration of their stay and it is the best and easiest way to explore the island. Additionally, Exuma is unlike other islands - golf carts are not a typical form of transport on the main roads.

• Protect yourself from the unpredictable. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip that protects against any unexpected travel disruptions or delays. We’d be happy to recommend specific providers.

• Thinking of a boat rental? Boat rentals on Exuma are typically daily rentals only (no overnights). Therefore, it may not be necessary to pick your house based on the presence of a dock. If you’re bringing your own boat and your property doesn’t have a dock, please identify your closest Marina (beginning of description).

• Plan ahead: Restaurant reservations are recommended for peak seasons, particularly for large groups!
